Meet Mike!

In 1971, Mike earned his bachelor's degree in history and sociology from Brigham Young University (BYU), laying a solid foundation for the future. Committed to lifelong learning, he earned a graduate degree in organizational behavior at the prestigious Marriot School of Management at BYU, graduating with distinction in 1975. During this time, he served as Graduate Assistant to Stephen R. Covey, renowned author of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Mike’s work in the private sector started at Procter & Gamble, serving as an executive from 1975 to 1986, honing his skills in management and leadership. Mike then served as the Director of Training and Organization Development at Libbey-Owens-Ford for three years, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the corporate world.

In 1989, Mike established his consultancy firm, where he provided invaluable guidance to Fortune 500 companies seeking to optimize their operational efficiency and foster a culture of growth, innovation, and workforce engagement.

Mike served as a loaned executive for United Way of Central California, assisting in fundraising and organizational outreach. His spirit of community service continued to shine as a volunteer for the 2002 Olympics, contributing administrative support to the success of this global event. In 2002, Mike also began volunteering for the Miss America Organization, completing the training and certification to serve as a judge.

Mike resides in Sandy, Utah, with his wife, Susan. Together, they cherish time with their four children and four grandchildren. Mike has a passion for skiing, fly fishing, and traveling—his life is rich in professional accomplishment and personal fulfillment.
